Huge congrats on such a wonderful kick off that I think signals how necessary are the kind of discussions and arguments you bring to the table. You are one of the most unique voices in the AI-adjacent technical writing community that I've found. And huge thanks for the double mention ;)
It might be neat to have Newsletter sections specifically Parents and Teachers and Students. That is, if that makes sense to you and fits with your topic choice.
Thanks for the mention o my publication. That's a heck of a great year you outlined for Educating AI, which I'll be interested to follow. I just bookmarked AI Tidbits to check out this weekend, and I'm definitely keen to see the upcoming thoughts on the EU AI Act.
Yes, I am really excited right now, Patrick. I have spent a long time trying to turn a corner--just getting immersed in the history, culture, and content. Through Substack, I have built up an amazing support network and feel ready to take the next step.
The EU AI Act is an exciting next step. And did you see the Biden White House is about to release their next round of AI Bills. Things are about to get more interesting.
That's great to hear - the excitement and turning that corner. I've seen some praise for the EU AI Act, have it pinned to look at soon, along with one developed by a coalition of private entities.
Great to hear from you, SerenityFern. Stay in the loop. My approach will be perfectly adaptable for parents and students who want to experiment on their own. And of course, I will be always available for questions and feedback as your experiments progress. Be well!!!
I'm a pesimistic optimist. Something Alejandro might call a pragmaticist. As optimistic as I feel when I use AI to boost writing and polymathic thinking, I did write a novel where it causes the destruction of the world... My feelings are complicated :)

Thanks, Alejandro. I like the description of AI-adjacent. That feels very accurate to me!

This is an amazing idea!

I love the AI-ified Bob Dylan image above as well

I'm not a teacher but as a parent I'm looking forward to seeing what I can share with my kids at home. Thanks for your work!

Thanks, Joseph!!! Appreciate the support. The need is great. Surprisingly few laborers so far. Hoping to start a movement! 😀
There is a tremendous need for content in this niche. Glad to see you are filling it! Will for sure be referring this newsletter to educator friends!
